Sun Capital was founded by the leadership of the Blockchain Research Center of Industry Development Research Institute of the Chinese Management Sciences Academy, focusing on the project investment in the blockchain field, and aiming to dig high-quality projects worldwide, in oder to promote the development of the blockchain industry healthily and orderly and also the implementation of industrial blockchain technology projects.

The Chinese Academy of Management Sciences ( CAMS) was founded on June 2, 1987 with the approval of the Chinese government by more than 200 senior researchers such as Qian Xuesen, Qian Sanqiang, Qian Weichang, Pei Lisheng and Ma Hong. Its registration number is 210000005343. The Blockchain Research Center of Industry Development Research Institute of the Chinese Management Sciences Academy was established on December 20, 2019, which focuses on the academic research of the blockchain technology and industry research across the country, and is responsible for the promotion and implementation of the global research projects to provide information and services for the industry’s macro decision-making.
